Brainstorming and Pizza

Heads up: There are a couple exciting events coming up this Fall!

2. World AIDS Day Caregiver Kit Build on December 1st!

Leland House this Sunday!

Greetings RealizeAIDS!

It's the third Sunday of the month again and we all know that means we get to see our friends at the Leland House.

We will be meeting in the MPPC Parking lot this Sunday (6/18) at 2pm. We'll arrive at the Leland House AIDS Residence and for new folks Dan will give you a tour and let you know a little more info about the house and others of us can begin preparing dinner! We'll hang out with the residents: chat, play games etc then eat dinner and leave around 6:15.

We will be back in Menlo Park by 7pm

AIDS Walk San Francisco


Hi RealizeAIDS!

Sunday July 16th we would love to have you join us for AIDS Walk San Francisco!

Sunday July 16th (it's the 20th Annual)
Registration is open from 9:00-10:30
10K (6.2 m) walk through Golden Gate Park (beautiful!)
Team: MPPC-RealizeAIDS #9611
Cost - Free, they would like us to fundraise but you don't have to (some companies have matching donation programs)

Background:
Last year this was an amazing experience and a great way to become more aware of the amazing community of AIDS activists and supporters in the Bay Area - supporting members of our communities. Nothing can describe the human bond you feel walking with thousands upon thousands of people all in the spirit of loving and supporting those living with AIDS as well as seeing an end to this pandemic.

July 16th we will also be visiting our friends at the Leland House! Come to one or both! :)
