Purpose
- Provide much-needed medical and other supplies to Africa's millions of AIDS caregivers
- Send hope and prayers directly to those who need them
- Use our financial and human resources to their fullest
- Understand the true needs of people living with AIDS and those who care for them
What it is
AIDS caregiver kits are packages of medical and other supplies shipped directly to people in Africa who are caring for friends and family suffering from AIDS. Realize AIDS is partnering with World Vision's Caregiver Kits program to organize, fund, and deliver the kits we build.
What we need
We need kit builders! Along with organizing and packing kits, we ask each volunteer to include a handwritten note to the recipient of the kit--prayers, thoughts, and well-wishes are all a breath of fresh air to people working across the world, and let them know that we are supporting them in prayer and action.
