Please come serve with us this Sunday 3/15!

Hi Folks,

Many of you have heard about Leland house for many years. If you have ever thought about joining to see what it's all about now would be the time! Our group has dwindled recently due to other life events and we would love to see our friends at Leland still supported and feeling loved and encouraged by the MPPC community.

This Sunday, March 15th, we'll meet at our usual time of 2pm and carpool up to Leland house where we'll make dinner and so some crafts with any of the residents who choose to join. We'll serve dinner, do a little clean up, and be back by 6:30pm.

Serving at Leland house is completely accessible! Our friends love to chat, play scrabble, color etc... you may even be serenaded on the piano or by song.

Join Us! Leland House this Sunday (12/21)

Greetings RealizeAIDS!

We would like to invite you again to join us on our monthly visit to our friends at the Leland House in San Francisco.

As always we will be playing games, praying, chatting, cooking, and eating with the residents! We also get to do some fun holiday activities with the residents like decorating cookies!

If you'd like to join please RSVP and then meet us to carpool in the MPPC parking lot at 2pm on Sunday (12/21) and we will return to MPPC by 7pm.

Join Us! Leland House this Sunday (8/17)

Join us as we visit our friends at the Leland House again this Sunday from 2pm to 6:30pm.

Leland House is a residence in south San Francisco for folks who are HIV+ and struggle with a combination of mental illness and substance abuse. RealizeAIDS visits Leland every 3rd Sunday of the month and over the past 3 years have made great friendships with the people there.

If you are interested in coming, for your first or 14th time, we will meet at MPPC on Sunday in the main parking lot behind the Sanctuary at 2pm. Please RSVP to Eliza at eliza@realizeaids.org

Join Us! Leland House this Sunday (7/20)

Hi Folks,

Please join us this Sunday for what always is a wonderful time cooking for, drawing with, and hanging out around our friends at the Leland House in San Francisco.

We've been going to Leland for almost 3 years now. Leland House is a residence for about 45 folks who are HIV positive, have a history of substance abuse and/or struggle with mental illness of some kind. If you have never been to the Leland House before we would love for you to come, if you have then our friends would love to see you again!
